History

Perfect balance and surprising authenticity.

This version of Biersky is the new interpretation from Jean Metzger of the barrel of beer brandy matured for many long years.

This new Biersky, a blend of different ages of 50% beer brandy and 50% malt distillate, is unrestrained and more spontaneous, without reduction before bottling.

To go even further with this unique product, Jean ages it for a minimum of one year before blending.

    Production

Contrary to its big brother, the Biersky “Sélection JM” doesn’t play in equal parts between the beer and the malt. It was first aged in the same barrels as the Biersky 44.4° then aged again in barrels carefully selected by its father (Jean), making it fuller-bodied with spicier aromas and more gourmand tastes.
