This eau-de-vie was made with fruit of exceptional quality. Chosen with care, picked at just the right maturity, our organic Poire Williams with stems and seeds removed offers unequalled freshness.

    After fermenting the fruit in vats comes a smooth distillation before diluting with water from Uberach.

    Tasting

    Rediscover the aromas of a Poire Williams via this intense and extravagant eau-de-vie. It offers a floral nose, rich and refined. In the mouth, the delicate flavors of the fruit from our orchards flooded with sunlight give the impression of actual crunch.

    Serving

    The Bertrand Organic Poire Williams should be served freezing cold, in a crystal glass already frosty.

    Taken neat, it will reveal all its flavor and astonishing strength.

    Used with other alcohols in a cocktail, with fruit juice or even with sodas, this brandy will impart surprising and unexpected flavors.

    A soup spoon of the Poire Williams in a pear dessert or in the filling for a pear and chocolate pie will create a fruity contrast.
